Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You have made an enquiry with us

• You wish to attend, or have attended, an event.

• You subscribe to our e-newsletter.

• You are representing your organisation.

We use the information that you have given us in order to manage events and registrations, contact you about events, provide information about our organisation or answer questions, and send you our newsletter.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored in Google Drive and in the platforms we use, such as Eventbrite and Pacemaker.

We keep your contact details for three (3) months after our last contact with you. We will then dispose of this information by securely deleting it from our documents and systems.
